Exchange or Return of Goods
To arrange an exchange or return of goods of inadequate quality, please contact our showroom. You have the right to exchange the product for a similar one or return it within 7 days from the date of receipt.

Any return is possible only if the product retains its original marketable condition, packaging, consumer properties, factory labels or tags, and is accompanied by a sales receipt or any other document confirming the purchase.

Goods of inadequate quality refer to those that are defective and cannot fulfill their intended functions. The received product must match the description on the website. The color of the item may slightly differ from the images on the website due to the color rendering of your device. Differences in design elements, color, or styling from the website description do not constitute a defect.

In the case of a return, the buyer is responsible for delivery costs to our warehouse, and service charges are non-refundable.

Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Payment Terms
You can pay for your order in cash at our store, by bank card online, via a transfer to a Tinkoff card, or by invoice (please inform the manager if you prefer this method).

We take the confidentiality of our clients’ data very seriously and responsibly. We never share personal information of our customers with third parties.

When paying by bank card, payment processing (including card number entry) occurs on a secure page of a certified processing system. This ensures that your confidential data (card details, registration info, etc.) is not received by the online store and is fully protected. Neither we nor any third party can access your personal or banking information.
